Cassandra Castle

Cassandra Castle is an Economist in the OECD Economics Department, currently working on structural reforms in the Growth, Competitiveness and Regulation Division. She previously worked as a Young Associate in the Office of the Chief Economist (2022–2024), where she conducted analysis on growth, macroeconomic policy, and structural challenges across OECD member countries. Prior to joining the OECD, she was a policy analyst at Australia’s Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet, focusing on microeconomic reform and trade relations with Southeast Asia. She earned her Master's in Economics from the Paris School of Economics.
