Cevat Giray Aksoy is the Associate Director of Research and a Senior Research Economist in the Office of the Chief Economist at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in London. He is also an Associate Professor of Economics at King’s College London, Department of Political Economy, and a Research Associate at the Centre for Economic Policy Research (CEPR), the Jameel Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL), and the IZA Institute of Labor Economics.
