Daniel Cadarette

Daniel Cadarette is an independent researcher and a teaching fellow at Harvard Kennedy School. He was previously a Research Manager at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. His research topics include the value of vaccination, economic evaluation of health technologies, pandemic preparedness and response, and antimicrobial resistance. Additionally, Cadarette has experience researching and developing state-level artificial intelligence policy—including the potential for AI-augmented technologies to support rural healthcare delivery. He has published articles in high-impact academic and policy journals such as PNAS, npj Vaccines, Frontiers in Immunology, Health Affairs, Risk Analysis, and Finance & Development. Cadarette holds a Master in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School.
