David Turner

Head, Smart Data and Digital Solutions Unit at Organisation for Economic Co-Operation and Development (OECD)

David Turner is currently Head of the Smart Data and Digital Solutions Unit in the Economics Department at the OECD. His recent research interests include modelling uncertainty around macroeconomic forecasts, the modelling of structural reforms, changes to statutory pension ages, measures of human capital and Phillips curves. He has also worked on several country Desks at the OECD including those for New Zealand, Canada, Greece, the United Kingdom, Finland and Australia. Prior to joining the OECD, he worked for the ESRC Macroeconomic Modelling Bureau at Warwick University.
