Grégoire Rota-Graziosi is a Full Professor at the School of Economics, Université Clermont-Auvergne, and a researcher affiliated with CERDI-CNRS-UCA (http://cerdi.uca.fr/) in Clermont-Ferrand, France. He serves as co-editor of the Revue Économique du Développement and oversees the research program on Domestic Revenue Mobilization (DRM) at FERDI (www.ferdi.fr). His research centers on tax policy in developing countries. Previously, Grégoire Rota-Graziosi worked in the Tax Policy Division at the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and continues to provide technical assistance to the IMF, the European Commission (INTPA), and the French Development Agency.
