Ka Lok Wong (Steve) is an Economist at the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA) in Addis Ababa. His research focuses on sovereign debt markets, macro-financial linkages, and fiscal policy in emerging economies. He holds a PhD in International Economics from the Geneva Graduate Institute.
