Kenichi Kawasaki is a Consulting Fellow at RIETI and a professor at the National Graduate Institute for Policy Studies (GRIPS). Before this, he was an economist at OECD and a Director for Economic outlook at Cabinet Office, Japan. His recent research has focused on economic impact of international trade policy. He was inducted into the Global Trade Analysis Project (GTAP) Research Fellow Hall of Fame.
