Konrad Kuhmann

Konrad Kuhmann is a Principal Research Economist at the Monetary Policy Department of Latvijas Banka (Bank of Latvia). Before that, he worked as a research assistant at the Institute of Economic Policy at Humboldt-University Berlin. Konrad holds a Ph.D. in Economics from Humboldt-University Berlin, joint with the Berlin School of Economics (2024). His research focuses on topics in Macro-Finance and Monetary Economics with an emphasis on the role of financial markets for the transmission of monetary policy.
