Paolo Surico is Professor of Economics at London Business School, fellow of the Centre for Economic Policy Research and research consultant to several international policy institutions and central banks, including the European Central Bank, the Bank of England and the European Commission. Paolo trains and coaches top executives at leading international companies such as INEOS, Rolls-Royce, Boeing, Engie and Aramco, among many others. Paolo's expertise lies at the intersection of macroeconomics and finance: he has published extensively in leading international academic journals on a wide range of topics, including distributional effects of monetary and fiscal policies, mortgage markets, house prices and the long-run effects of government spending and tax reforms on productivity and innovation.
