I am an Associate Professor (with Tenure) in the Department of Economics at the University of California, Irvine. I am also a Research Associate at the National Bureau of Economic Research (NBER), a Research Affiliate at the Center for Economic Policy Research (CEPR), and a Faculty Affiliate at the Center for Effective Global Action (CEGA).
